Michele Webb has over 25 years of experience in education to include: teaching, administration and division-wide leadership experience. Having a business and marketing background, Michele has extensive experience in various industries including athletics, church administration, private Christian education and K-12 public education spanning across four large school divisions. She has multiple credentials in facilitating workshops, keynote presentations, and coaching individuals to maximize their purpose. Her certiciations include Maxwell presenter/coach; Gallup Strengths coach; Fierce Conversations and Covey facilitator. Michele has a passion to support individuals maximize their full potential.
She continues to be an advocate to educate our students and develop leadership by instilling life skills, resiliency and how to be goal-driven and reflective.
Overall, Michele strives to motivate individuals realize and achieve their ultimate, God-given purpose.

Coach Walter Webb is the Founder and CEO of Slam City Management Group (SCMG). He has extensive experience playing basketball to include: high school, college and semi-professionally in China. His love for the game continued as he began coaching high school prep levels spanning from Upper Marlboro, Maryland to San Antonio, TX, Virgini
Coach Walter Webb is the Founder and CEO of Slam City Management Group (SCMG). He has extensive experience playing basketball to include: high school, college and semi-professionally in China. His love for the game continued as he began coaching high school prep levels spanning from Upper Marlboro, Maryland to San Antonio, TX, Virginia Beach, VA, Fredericksburg, VA and now in Chantilly, VA.
He believes in hard work and discipline both on and off the court. He believes in creating strong relationships, built on trust and communication. He possesses the ability to motivate his players while teaching them. His passion for the sport, combined with his drive to win and his desire to help young people, make Coach Webb an ideal coach.
Building character through sports is fundamental to his beliefs and leadership and brings these talents and skills to Make a Difference Network.

Dr. Paul Tribus has nearly 50 years of in the ministry. In addition to his extensive career in ministry, he is the founder of Point Man Ministries which supports veterans. Dr. Tribus is a decorated veteran serving in the Vietnam war as a United States Marines He is the author of Scars of War. Dr. Tribus is dedicated to supporting his
